Intern Stump Solutions provides services including website design and development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, branding, content creation, and related digital solutions.

Projects commence only after mutual agreement and confirmation of scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms through an official proposal or agreement.

Clients are required to make payments as per agreed milestones. Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Clients must provide accurate information, content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays from the client side may affect the overall timeline and delivery.

All intellectual property, including designs and content created by Intern Stump Solutions, remains the property of the company unless transferred in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information and business strategies throughout and beyond the service period.

Reasonable revisions are included based on the initial scope. Major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. All work completed until termination will be billed accordingly.

Intern Stump Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage or third-party tools/platforms.

In case of any disputes, both parties shall attempt amicable resolution. Jurisdiction shall be within the legal boundaries of India.

Intern Stump Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
